Ordering
You can place an order without account registration.
Same day delivery is available if order is placed before 11:30.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express. Credit card payments processing is made by PayPal and we don’t see your card details at all.
We will include your personal message printed on a gift card. You will be able to attach a personal message to your order through the ordering process in checkout section “Gift Card Text”.
We do not reveal your identity if you wish. Please indicate “send my order anonymously” in the checkout section “Order Notes”.
Ordering our flowers will be easy and quick. Please browse through our products until you find the perfect product for you. Then choose product quantity, options and click ‘Add to cart” button. Our e-shop system will lead you through the entire process.
When your order has been placed and processed by the e-shop system you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation email within 2 hours, please email us.
We will reach the recipient by phone before delivery to be sure that she/he is at home upon delivery. If you do not wish that we call the recipient, please indicate it in the checkout section “Order Notes”.
When the order will be completed, we will inform you by e-mail.
Order cancellation can only be accepted if received 2 workdays before the requested delivery date.
